Build Your Team While Giving Back

August 7, 2019 By Karen E. Pfeffer

Build your team while giving back through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR team-building events are a great way for companies, large and small, to give back to community and deliver positive change. Fire Power Seminars’ Building Bikes, Empowering Children program takes place in the local community where your event is being held, working with non-profit organizations and Title One Schools to donate bicycles your team builds for deserving children. For most children, it is their very first bike!

Our Building Bikes, Empowering Children affords your team members the shared experience of bringing a child pure joy. It takes a standard team-building activity to a whole new level. Why? Because the teams that build the bicycles get to meet the children in person. Unlike many other programs that build bikes, participants get to see the beaming faces of the children when they receive their bikes!

Team Building. Communication skill improvement. Empowerment of the team and children. Giving back through Corporate Social Responsibility. These are powerful memories that’ll last a lifetime. Building Bikes, Empowering Children is a win-win on so many levels!

Today, people have a more positive image of companies that support social and environmental efforts. There are several known facts about Corporate Social Responsibility: 15 CSR facts that are grouped into purpose, employee engagement, disaster response, customers/ cause marketing, and employee volunteering.

CSR brings JOY to deserving children in need of bicycles. Build your team while giving back with our Building Bikes, Empowering Children program. Schedule this team-building event that impacts your team AND gives back to the most important members of a community — children. You can’t imagine the rewards!
