You can choose from a broad menu of empowerment tools to fit your specific needs:

Board Breaking/ Break Through Barriers – You get the opportunity to create your own “breakthrough” experience by overcoming self-imposed limitations and breaking a board (or a brick) with your bare hand.

Building Bikes, Empowering Children – Empower deserving children in the community where you have your event. And unlike most bike building programs, you get to meet the children and see their beaming faces when they receive their new bike – for most children their very first bike!

Arrow Breaking – This exercise helps you break through into a new awareness of where you want to be in life. Placing the tip of the arrow against the hollow of your throat, you will learn to clarify your goals and focus your energy as you walk directly into the arrow until it breaks.

Steel Rebar Bending – You work together with another person, honoring commitment, cooperation and teamwork to achieve “the impossible”: bending a steel rebar with only your necks.

Broken Glass Walking – You will learn how to pay attention and focus enough to walk barefoot across broken glass.

Firewalking – The Ultimate Challenge: Firewalking is a powerful metaphor if you want to face fear head on and achieve the seemingly impossible. The fire walk, which is completely voluntary, teaches a valuable lesson about the power of the mind and the effect that thoughts and beliefs have on our experience of reality.
